If you’re unhappy with your ordered items for any reason, we’ll gladly accept your return within 30 days of the shipping date.
Returned items must be in original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware, and accessories. Items must not be damaged due to wear or installation. We do not accept returns on helmets and Yamalube products.
- Please call us with your order number ready at 1-800-962-7926 to initiate a return and receive an RMA number.
- You will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label within 24 hours to the email address associated with your order. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.
- Print the pre-paid shipping label, fill in the RMA number, and include the original packing slip with your return.
Returns will be processed in approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund of the purchase price and sales tax (if applicable) will be credited back to your original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. A return processing fee of $8.95 or 10%, whichever is greater, will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN ITEMS RECEIVED AS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If you received an item that is damaged, please call us at 1-800-521-5958. We'll help you return the item and get it replaced. Please note that any returned product(s) will have to be verified as being defective in order to receive a refund.
